Shipping policy
Shipping method and carrier selected at checkout are for estimating shipping cost only, Contemporary Faith Supply will select the most cost-effective shipping method and carrier.
VIP Shipping: For orders containing only VIP-eligible items, free shipping will be applied when the total of VIP items exceeds $75. Non-VIP items are not included in this offer, and orders containing non-VIP items may not qualify for free shipping. VIP Shipping applies only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Free Shipping: Free shipping on certain items applies to those items only. Combining free shipping, VIP shipping, and/or regular shipping items may result in shipping fees being charged.
Please note that Contemporary Faith Supply cannot guarantee specific shipping dates, as shipping carriers are independent entities. However, we work closely with carriers and will assist in tracking down delayed or lost packages. In rare instances of a lost or delayed shipment, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen (e.g., by Porch Pirates) or for other reasons beyond our control.
Contemporary Faith Supply reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and method at all times. However, if an alternative carrier is preferred due to specific location issues (e.g., FedEx being more suitable for certain areas), customers are encouraged to communicate this with us. We will gladly work with you to select the best carrier to avoid any unnecessary delays. Customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees if special shipping requests are made.
Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to an issue with the delivery address or recipient availability, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect or incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, business closures, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up held packages, or inability of the carrier to access the delivery location.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and that the recipient is able to receive the package at the time of delivery. We are always happy to assist with address verification prior to shipment or whatever else you may need, please contact us.
