Please submit your tax-exempt certificate and wait for confirmation that your exemption has been approved before placing your order. Exemptions approved after an order is placed apply to future purchases. If you believe sales tax was charged in error, please contact us for guidance.
Email your certificate
Email your certificate to info@CFaithS.com
Attach a PDF or a clear photo of your certificate and include:
- Your church or organization’s name
- Your name and contact information
- The email address you use for your CFaithS customer account or orders
The link opens your email app. Please attach the certificate before sending. You can also email info@CFaithS.com directly with the subject “Tax Exempt Certificate.”
