It is designed to allow you to safely transport the Body of Christ with the utmost security and reverence. Conveniently sized at 2-1/8 inches in diameter and 5/8 inch deep, this pyx holds up to 7 Hosts. Host capacity is based on 1 ⅜” hosts. By canon law all PYX are required to be gold plated. The exterior features a brilliant gold plate finish, while the interior is treated with a High Polished Interior finish, ensuring maximum hygiene, ease of cleaning, and the proper sanctity for the consecrated elements.
