Purificators

A purificator is a small rectangle of white linen or cotton, usually marked with a small cross, used at Mass to wipe the rim of the chalice after each person receives from the cup and to dry the chalice after it is purified. It is one of the altar linens, along with the corporal, the pall and the lavabo towel.

Choose purificators in 100% linen, 100% cotton, a linen and cotton blend or a poly-cotton blend, with a red cross, a Jerusalem cross, a fleur-de-lis cross or a Celtic cross, in packs of 3, 4 or 12, or an altar linen gift set.
