Pyxis & Burses

A pyx carries the consecrated host to the sick and homebound, and a burse holds the pyx. Choose hospital pyxes (one with a leather burse), pyxes with IHS, Chi Rho, Celtic cross, Jerusalem cross, Lamb, St. Benedict and Last Supper designs, and strap burses with a gold cross. Gold- and silver-plated pyxes from Alviti hold 7, 16 or 45 hosts, and a sick call set comes with three host pyxes and 500 hospital wafers.
